The Mt. Olivet Water Association of Batesville, Mississippi,hereby requests proposals fromqualified firms or individuals forengineering services related toits proposed Water System Improvement projects.
The Scope of Work will consistof preparation of preliminarycost estimates, preparationof plans and specificationsfor the advertisement of bids;evaluation of bids and recommendation of contract award;preparation of the contract inaccordance with state and federal grant programs, and otherFederal, State and local lawsand regulations (as may berequired); conducting pre-construction conference in coordination with project administrator; inspecting constructionin progress; and advising theBoard and the project administrator on contractor payments.

3. Capacity for Performance -Identify the number and title ofstaff available to be assigned toprovide services and capacity toperform the work within the timelimitations.
4. Familiarity - Knowledge of thetype of problems applicable tothe project.
