Site work and new construction of a civil project in Jackson, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Request for Proposals to provide Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phase Services for future vertical assets and horizontal assets capital projects as a part of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and as authorized by JXN Water. The Projects contemplated consist of construction for vertical assets initially including water system assets such as water treatment plants (WTPs), water wells, water tanks, and water booster pump stations and sewer system assets such as wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and lift stations. Horizontal assets projects will initially include rehabilitation, replacement, extension, and new buried assets such as water mains, gravity sewers, sewer force mains, manholes and related items.
