The proposed video surveillance systems should establish a standard brand and architecture throughout Alachua County and remain viable for at least five (5) years with upgrade paths to reduce future replacements. Consolidate systems: Consolidate the separate SOE and PA camera systems into a single unified system, maintaining separate administrative privileges for specific cameras based on their locations. Shared privileges should be available for common areas. 6. Integration with access control and alarm systems: Enable integration of the camera system with the existing Lenel access control system and potential integration with the burglar alarm system in the future, creating a comprehensive and integrated security solution.
