Excavation to the proposed grade. b. Saw-cutting and the removal and proper disposal of asphalt, asphalt concrete, and asphalt concrete pavement. c. All excavated material to be exported from site. d. Excavation done for CONTRACTOR'S benefit or excavation error, dewatering of excavation slough, or over break is incidental work. e. Watering and dust control. f. Preparation of submittals. g. All testing and documentation necessary for compliance with APWA quality control specifications. Asphalt Repair: Square Foot Price Payment shall be complete compensation for all labor, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals, required to complete this item, including but not limited to: a. Furnish, place, and compact Asphalt Concrete Pavement PG 58-28 3/4 , 6 inches thick. b. Furnish, place Flowable Fill or approved equal, 8 inches thick. c. No measurement will be made for temporary asphalt concrete pavement (hot or cold) required to facilitate construction or demolition, whether shown in the Contract Documents or not. d. No separate measurement or payment will be made for saw cutting. e. Preparation of submittals. f. All testing and documentation necessary for compliance with APWA quality control specifications.
