Contractor will Furnish all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools and all other items necessary for and incidental to executing and completing installation, maintenance, repair, and service for automatic gate openers, keypad entries, gate edge safeties, fire department access, vehicle detectors, barrier arms, electric eye safeties, timers, motion sensors, fluid changes and other functions related to overhead doors, fire drop down doors, automatic gates, and sally port doors. Due to Washington County having a few 24 hour facilities, Contractor must be able to provide twenty-four (24) hour emergency services 7/24/365 and Contractor to provide Contact names and phone numbers associated with heir after hour and weekend service provider or on-call technicians. Contractor will provide all necessary equipment, products and skilled technicians to perform necessary work to ensure that all Washington County property and equipment is operated safely and maintained in proper operating condition.
For larger projects outside normal preventative maintenance, Contractor will provide an estimate in advanced that will include work to be performed, estimated time, and materials needed. All materials needed for the project will either be purchased through Washington County or by the Contractor and invoiced at cost plus the awarded mark up percent. (Receipts will be required at time of invoicing) Washington County facilities and Parks Services is seeking bids for the installation, repair and maintenance services of Multiple overhead doors, salty port doors, and automatic gate through out several location in Washington County. Initial plan is to have the Sally port doors and automatic gates on a quarterly preventative maintenance schedule, while the roll up doors, over head doors and drop down doors will be on a yearly Preventative schedule.
