Site work for a water / sewer project in Manor, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Cottonwood Creek West Tributary Wastewater Main Extension. The deadline to ask questions is 10/20/2023 5:00 PM CST This project consist of the installation of approximately 12,000 linear feet of 12", 15", and 18" PVC gravity sewer main, installation of thirty seven manholes, boring under TxDot and Travis County roads, and other appurtenant work. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or a certified check drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bid , in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A 5% Bid , 100% and Bonds, and Insurance requirements are required. Bidders shall comply with all bid requirements and specifications as defined by George Butler Associates, Inc Base Bid Work- ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DAYS (150) calendar days for substantial completion of the wastewater collection system. Base Bid Work- ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS (180) calendar days for the final completion of all work. The City of Manor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any and all technicalities or formalities. Construction plans, bid documents, questions and addendum will be available and processed through CIVCAST.
