Site work for a water / sewer project in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 13, 2023, project was awarded to Fabrizi Recycling but awarded amount is not available. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. This project includes the construction of approximately 950+ lineal feet of 48-inch to 78-inch sanitary sewer, two (2) diversion structures, three (3) manhole structures, one (1) effluent structure, three (3) existing chamber modifications, two (2) motorized slide gates, one (1) stop log channel, associated utility relocations, I&C work, site work and SWPPP. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the ORC and the Instructions to Bidders The contractor will have 365 days from the date of the Notice to Commence Work to complete the Work. All Work shall be completed by November 30, 2024. The City reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, to reject any or all bids received, and to accept any bid with any combination of alternates which is deemed most favorable to the City of Elyria, Ohio at the time and under the conditions stipulated in the project documents. Questions related to the project will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 19, 2023
