Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking infrastructure development services for the construction and improvements of granular parking lots P15 and P17 in the Gatineau Park, Gatineau, National Capital Region. Work includes excavation, culvert installation, and granular backfilling/grading. Enquiries regarding this Bid Solicitation must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Senior Contract Officer micheline.al-koutsi@ncc-ccn.ca as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/10/23.
