Site work for a water / sewer project in Hockley, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes but not limited to construction of one (1) prefabricated expansion of 0.15 MGD steel wastewater treatment plant consisting of two (2) aeration basins, two (2) sludge digesters, (1) positive displacement blower, (1) lift station pump, (2) existing lift station pump impeller changes, associated piping, walkways, controls, electrical, and all necessary appurtenances. Site work including foundations for prefabricated basins, grading, concrete supports for pipe, yard piping, piping modifications of existing treatment unit, and site restoration. Work is an expansion to existing 0.15 MGD steel wastewater treatment plant. QA date changed to 11/13/2023 10:00:00 AM CST. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
