Work Description: Demolition of Upper Little Caillou Elementary School 4824 Hwy. 56 Chauvin, Louisiana 70344 The time of completion of this project is of prime importance. All of the work required shall be completed within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed, subject to milestone phase completion deadlines identified in the Project Manual or written approved Change Orders Bid Security in an amount equal to not less than FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the Bid Amount. Bid Security shall be a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond (Money Orders or Letters of Credit will not be accepted) made payable to the TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD. Bid Bond shall be accompanied with Power of Attorney. The Lowest qualified bid will be the one determined to offer the best advantage to the Terrebonne Parish School Board. The TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, to the extent permitted by State and Federal Laws and Regulations, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/Proposals for just cause.
