Site work and new construction of a residential development in Carrollton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Carrollton requests proposals from experienced developers to design and build a mixed-use development in downtown Carrollton. Site location is approximately a 2.4-acre city block bordered by U.S. Highway 27 North, Alabama Street, North Cliff Street, and Johnson Avenue. The City of Carrollton desires a mixed-used, multi-story development that will complement the growing and vibrant downtown business district. Preference will be given to proposals which include a development capable of hosting meals for large groups (150 or more people). Proposals should be market driven and consistent with the planning initiatives and vision set forth in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan. The City of Carrollton reserves the right to reject or negotiate any and all proposals, offers, and, at its sole discretion, will determine a successful proposal Questions about the RFP and the RFP process should be submitted to David Brooks, City Manager, at dbrooks@carrollton-ga.gov and should be received not later than October 31, 2023. Responses will be sent to all developers who have submitted a letter of interest by the stated deadline
