The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the renovation of ten (10) units at Diggs Homes as a part of a Vacancy Reduction initiative At DHC Sites located in the City of Detroit. 1. Removal/excavation, demolition of existing materials, products, systems, structure and associated systems as required to accommodate for the proposed improvements, renovation work and other new work as describe by the contract documents. 2. Rough & finish carpentry work as needed to perform the work. 3. Removal of asphalt & concrete paving, and base materials. 4. Demolition/replacement of: walls, ceilings, doors, frames & hardware, windows; flooring; toilet & bath accessories; cabinets & counter tops; plumbing fixtures; HVAC items, electrical items. 5. Provision of interior renovations: doors & hardware, flooring, painting, kitchen & bath cabinetry, appliances, light fixtures, smoke/carbon monoxide detection/alarm devices, and other work items as indicated within the Contract Documents. 6. Provision of exterior renovations: concrete, masonry, siding, gutters & downspouts, doors & windows, painting, lighting, and other work items as indicated within the Contract Documents. 7. Cleaning and other final preparation work. 8. Provide pest control services. 9. And other work indicated within the specifications, work item notes, drawings and as required to properly complete the work.
