This project involves the design and build of the interior fit-out of the Township garage. The project is a Design-Build project where the bidder is responsible for completing the concept design after consultation with the Owner, applying for building permits and providing the design improvements. The work generally includes the interior fit-out consisting but not limited to providing interior partitions, doors, ceilings and finishes, providing the necessary plumbing supply and waste lines, pex piping, valves, designated plumbing fixtures and equipment, electrical main panel and associated sub-panels, circuits, outlets, drops, and wire distribution, and associated equipment and miscellaneous other work items depicted and generally described in the Contract Documents, complete and ready for use and in compliance with the latest codes and regulations. Bidders are hereby notified that this project is subject to the PA State Prevailing Wage Rate regulations and Contractors will be required to pay the prevailing wage as indicated within the schedules and submit certified payrolls for their employees and sub-contractors on a weekly basis Mahanoy Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Township, and to consider the competency and responsibility of the Bidders in awarding the contract.
