Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamburg, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Please call 712-382-1313 with any questions The project consists of the following approximate principal requir ments: Statement Of Work Work to be performed on sidewalk and building wall on the south si of 1101 Main Street, Hamburg, lowa Contractor will be paid 25% of the project, total at project startu 25% at midpoint, and 50% upon completion and successful inspe tion. Applicable bonding and insurance coverages are required. Sidewalk Tear out and remove concrete in existing sidewalk on the south si of 1101 Main Street. Repour new concrete having a five (5) in thickness with one-half (1/2) inch rebar continuous @two (2) feet center, approximately one hundred forty-four (144) feet in length twelve (12) feet in width. Patch, repair, and level to existing curbing Prepare building wall as needed to support concrete poured again it Coal Room and Stairwell Demolish and fill with sand/rock the coal room and stairwell are beneath the city sidewalk. Remove I-beam(s), bracing and debris. Pack filling material. Repair building wall-where-beam(s) and city sidewalk were previou ly attached. Entrance at West End Of Basement Fill in with rock and sand and cap with concrete. Fill below grade doorway in with concrete masonry units.
