Answers to questions will be made by addendum posted to Bonfire CCPS Bids and GPR CCPS Bids no later than 3:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, October 19, 2023. It is the responsibility of each Proponent to obtain a copy of any Addendum issued for this solicitation. Since proposed revisions may result in a proposal being rejected if the revisions are unacceptable to CCPS, Proponents should review any proposed revisions carefully. The performance and payment bonds furnished by the Contractor shall be in form suitable to the Owner and shall be executed by a Surety, or Sureties. Proponents must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia and local regulations and laws applicable to Construction Management at Risk Services for HVAC Group V. Proponents must provide all services as requested in this RFP in accordance with Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Duration: Proposals submitted in to this RFP must be valid for a period of one hundred-eighty (180) calendar days from the Proposal Submission Deadline and must be marked as such Proponents desiring to perform inspections should send a request to cpprocurement@clayton.k12.ga.us.
