There is no estimated construction budget. However, the facility has a spending authority of $85,000 for safety improvements. The Village of Northbrook Water Treatment Plant, situated at 750 Dundee Road, Northbrook, Illinois, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of approximately 50 fire sprinkler heads within the facility. The Water Treatment Plant utilizes various chemicals extensively as part of its operations, necessitating a reliable and efficient fire suppression system. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete replacement of the specified fire sprinkler heads to ensure the safety and security of the facility. The deadline for submitting questions is 10 a.m. October 12, 2023. This RFP does not commit the Village to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal.
