Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in O Fallon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Replace one (1) existing Lochinvar Copper Fin II Pool Boiler with one (1) New Lochinvar Copper Fin II Pool Boiler (or comparable). This new Boiler will need to be integrated with the piping from the outdoor Dectron unit with the following minimal requirement 990,000 BTUH input 85% thermal efficiency Adjustable high limit with manual reset Temperature & pressure relief valve Flow switch Circulating pump Smart System operating control Labor (normal working hours) Uninstall/Reinstall to existing power wiring Uninstall/Reinstall to existing water piping Uninstall/Reinstall to existing gas piping Uninstall/Reinstall to existing flue piping Remove/Dispose of existing boiler Emergency shutdown wiring and switches Boiler Permit Factory start-up and commissioning 1-year parts warranty 5-year limited manufacturer warranty Questions Should Be Submitted In Writing Via E-mail By 12:00 P.m. On 10/04/2023 To The Purchasing Agent City of O'Fallon, Missouri is soliciting bids for a pool boiler at the Renaud Center Pool. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. The City of O'Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
