Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals for Facilities Management - Supplies. This is a qualifying bid only. When your company submits this bid to MISD, you are placed on our approved vendor list. When MISD has a need that your company qualifies for, we may contact you for an estimate. Details will be provided when quote is requested. The District reserves the right to reject any and/all proposals and to make awards on the individual items as they may appear to be advantageous to the District and to waive all formalities in submitting proposals. Bid Bond (if required). If a performance or payment bond is required, bid/proposal must be accompanied by a cashiers check on any state or national bank in Texas, or an acceptable bid bond, payable unconditionally to Mesquite ISD. The cashiers check or bid bond shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount . Payment bond . For facilities construction and some services contracts, a payment bond is required for projects/contracts exceeding $25,000. The payment bond must be for 100% of the value of the work to be performed. Performance bond. For facilities construction and some service contracts, a performance bond is required for projects/contracts exceeding $100,000.
