Reference Number 0000331543 It is the intent of these specifications to obtain an as-needed basis contract to Repair, Rehabilitate and Install Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning components at various Warren County facilities for the calendar year 2024. Contract shall be for general work as per the Uniform Building Code on an on-call or scheduled basis from the Warren County Department of Public Works. The following positions/titles shall be employed by or available to the Bidder: HVAC Foreman HVAC Technician Plumber, Journeymen Plumber, Apprentice Sheetmetal Worker, Journeyman Sheetmetal Worker, Apprentice Boilermaker, Journeyman Boilermaker, Apprentice Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2024 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2024 12:00 AM EST General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Question Deadline 10/10/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions relative to these specifications shall be submitted to Jason Shpur, Deputy Purchasing Agent, by faxing to (518) 761-6395 or emailing to shpurj@warrencountyny.gov or mailing to 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845 *The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals.
