Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 76,225-square-foot theater / auditorium.
Project scope consists of but is not limited to renovation of Memorial Auditorium building. Plans will include demolition, abatement and equipment. As of February 28, 2024, the city is looking at applying a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $16,389,745 if approved for the overall project. Subcontracts for Demolition, Abatement and Equipment have been let. Construction is anticipated to begin spring 2024. _____________________________________________ Bid Package # 1 - Abatement, Demolition and Equipment for the Renovation of Memorial Auditorium City Offices. This project is generally described as the Demolition, Abatement, and Equipment work as required by plans and specifications for the City of Wichita Falls Memorial Auditorium, 1300 7th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, and associated work. Memorial Auditorium Building Renovation - Phase I The DBE participation goal for this Contract is set at 7.42 % As of February 1, 2024, a permit has been applied for.
