Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to the Town of Harwich, is required in a dollar amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount.The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal Holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. Sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a rest room including the footing, concrete frost wall, concrete slab, plumbing and electrical work at Sand Pond, 180 Great Western Road The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The project shall be completed as soon as practicable, but in no instance later than May 31, 2024.
