Janitorial Services. Bids not submitted on the enclosed Bid Form shall be rejected. By submitting a bid, the Bidder agrees to be subject to all terms and conditions specified herein. The City of Fort Pierce is seeking qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for City owned facilities. The River Walk Center, 600 North Indian River Dr, Old City Hall, 315 Avenue A, Garden Club Center 911 Park Way Dr, and Maravilla Center, 2622 Oleander Blvd. There are no plans associated with this project only specifications. shall not perform or commence any services for a Project on City property, with an estimated cost over $200,000 until the following performance bond and labor and material payment bond or other performance security have been delivered to Owner Bonds In accordance with the provisions of Section 255.05, Florida Statutes, Design Builder shall provide to Owner, on forms furnished by Owner, a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond for each Project performed under this Agreement, each in an amount not less than the GMP as defined in Article 6 and inclusive of Design- Builders fees. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, cleaning solutions to thoroughly clean all listed building areas. Areas include all offices, lobby, windows, common areas, restrooms, meeting rooms, entryways vestibules, floor coverings vinyl composite tile, ceramic tile, wood, carpet, etc. The City reserves the right to accept such alteration or to cancel the contract or purchase order at no further expense to the City.
