Replace Perimeter Fence - Clear Springs, MD (Washington County) Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for the removal of approximately 232 linear feet of existing fencing and installation of approximately 232 linear feet of 8 (eight) feet high security chain-link fencing (in-kind) at Maryland Public TV 11668 National Pike, Clear Springs, MD 21722. Work will include the installation of 1 manual vehicle swing gate, 1 pedestrian swing gate and all components related to the descriptions as found within the documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the amount of the contract, including the base bid and any alternates awarded, is in excess of $100,000.
