This Request for Vendor Qualifications ("RFVQ") is an invitation by TCHC to prospective Proponents to pre-qualify for the Roster - Pipe Insulation Services Roster (the "Roster") to provide the Work TCHC requires, as further described in the Concept Overview and Introduction and the Project Agreement. Proponents who have entered into a Roster Framework Agreement with TCHC and been admitted to the Roster and (once on the Roster a Proponent is referred to as a "Vendor") will be required to maintain their good standing on the Roster. If the Proposal Deadline has passed, the following persons or entities ("Ongoing Applicants") may apply for inclusion on the Roster by applying in accordance with the Ongoing Application Process As members of TCHC's Roster - Pipe Insulation Services Roster, Vendors will be providing complete design services as required to implement a wide variety of capital repair projects across the TCHC portfolio. The Category of Work for this Roster is Construction. The scope of work related to this RFVQ is sub-categorized as Site Services Work. Deadline for Issuing Addenda Friday, October 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET Ongoing Application Acceptance All Proposals submitted after the Proposal Deadline ("Ongoing Applications") will be accepted beginning the next Business Day after the above Proposal Deadline. Ongoing Applications will be evaluated annually in accordance with section 2.5. Rectification Period 3 Business Days unless otherwise noted in a Rectification Notice. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
