Second phase of a Science Complex construction including addition and alterations to the Science Complex building. Work will be completed at Campus MIL (690) and Pavillon André-Aisenstadt (572). The scope of the project includes the construction of two new buildings on either side of the Science Complex to accommodate the the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Department of Computer Science and Operational Research, Center for Mathematical Research and Interuniversity Center for Research on Enterprise Networks, Logistics and Transport, as well as the Library of Mathematics and Computer Science and teaching and research support services. The scope of the project also includes construction alterations to the André-Aisenstadt pavilion for a reallocation of the spaces became vacant on the Mountain site. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from landscape architectural professionals consulting firms to provide design and construction work monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. Award is anticipated in early 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award.
