Reference Number 0000331768 The City of Lone Tree is inviting bids for on-call civil engineering design services for construction projects supporting public works in asphalt, concrete, and storm projects. The RFP outlines submission instructions, required materials, and eligibility criteria for potential bidders. Consultant shall provide civil design services for various public works projects including asphalt overlay projects, new concrete and replacement projects, signal design, stormwater design, survey and ROW services, utility investigations including SUE, and environmental. The City may also request roadway and stormwater emergency design project design drawings and documents. Stormwater and/or traffic analysis studies may also be requested. The consultant must be able to produce based on all applicable Douglas County Roadway Design and Construction Standards (as adopted by the City), the City of Lone Tree standards, and CDOT specification and standards.
