The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for the replacement of the roof and the skylight at the Fayetteville City Hall building Each bid exceeding $50,000 shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank doing business in the State of Arkansas or a corporate bid bond for five (5) percent of the amount bid. In the event a bidder opts to submit a cashier's check for a bid bond, the actual physical cashier's check shall be delivered to the City prior to the deadline. A one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and separate payment bond is required with the contract awarded. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bids exceeding $50,000 and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline. Any vendor performing a service shall be registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
