Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.

Work under this Contract is to replace the existing asphalt pavement at the surface parking lot and sanitary site servicing modifications at Binbrook Fire Station located at 2636 Highway 56 in Binbrook, Ontario. The existing asphalt pavement in this parking lot is in poor condition and has reached the end of its service life. The Work shall include repairs to the concrete curbs and sidewalk onsite and include site upgrades to meet the current City of Hamilton's Barrier-Free Design Guidelines and AODA requirements. This Work will be completed in two phases to ensure the volunteer fire station is able to remain active when required.
