2024 on-call Sewer Services. Providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to perform on call and as-needed priority sewer replacement and rehabilitation work in accordance with jcesds standards and guidelines. Being on call and capable of responding to immediate replacement situations, generally involving by-pass pumping and segmental replacements. Being available to perform as-needed priority replacements, generally involving segmental replacements, manholes, and service laterals in accordance with jcesds standards for construction and service connections. The Contract Time for this project is three hundred sixty-five 365 consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the written Notice to Proceed to achieve Final Acceptance. Project is Classified as a Class B (8 Thru 36 Diameter) Sewer Line Project. All Prospective Bidders Must Be Pre-qualified With the Jefferson County Environmental Services Department to Bid Class "B" Sewer Line Projects in Order to Bid on This Project. The Code Make It Illegal for the Owner to Consider a Bid Proposal From Anyone Who is Not Properly Licensed Under Such Code Provisions. A Form Containing the Contractor's Name and Address of the Firm and the Contractor's Alabama License Number, With the Date of Expiration, is Required With the Submission of the Bid. These Requirements Shall Not Be Waived.
