A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on 3 November 2023 @ 10:00am, Eastern Standard Time (EST) virtually and via teleconference. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project work consists of maintenance dredging in the U.S. Naval Station Mayport approach channels and turning basins with disposal designated in the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal (ODMDS). Project work also includes maintenance dredging in Jacksonville Harbor from Bar Cut-3 through Cut-17 to dispose onto Mayport Beach and the ODMDS. Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species observer (hopper dredge only), marine animal observer (mechanical dredging only), sea turtle trawl-sweeping (hopper dredge only), beach tilling, vibration monitoring, and environmental species monitoring. This project will have an estimated period of of 250 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including 60 calendar days to commence work. NAICS Code 237990, size standard $27.5 million. of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $30,000,000.00. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 October 2023 and proposals will be due on or about 17 November 2023 (EST). The award of the task order will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA). See forthcoming request for proposal for submission requirements.
