Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for an on-call Geotechnical Services to Support Caltrans, Division of Engineering Services, Office of Geotechnical Services, for District 59. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on the Project within the limits of Caltrans District 10. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. 26% DBE Goal Participation required Estimated contract amount $10,400,000.00 - $16,900,000.00 The estimated contract term is five (5) years Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and Attachment 1 for licensing requirements for this contract. Unfortunately, the Department does not have a plan holders list of available proposers, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualifications.
