Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per calendar day The Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority is in the process of selecting a firm to provide the signal design from 30 % to 100% PS&E design for signalization & PTC modifications, furnish, and install a new pedestrian grade crossing at the intersection of 4th and Sabine St in downtown Austin, TX. The contractor shall provide a new high-single crossing case (fully equipped and pre-wired), software, two (2) crossing mast and gate assemblies, cable, conduit, foundations, and other materials necessary to provide a fully functional, factory tested, field-inspected, and tested, and commissioned grade crossing. Questions relating to the Request for Proposals and requests for clarification may be submitted in writing or email to kirk.perry@capmetro.org, at least three (3) days in advance of the conference to allow adequate time for answers to be considered and prepared by the Authority for the conference. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
