Renovation of a restaurant in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
As of January 5, 2024, project was awarded to the following contractors, for Mechanical it is awarded to EMCOR Services Scalise Industries with $768,200.00 and Electrical to McCurley Houston Electric with $69,337.00. Total awarded amount is $837,537.00. However, BCTA reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening for its own convenience and to accept or reject any or all Bids as it deems to be in its best interest. BCTA intends to award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, or in the case of no award, shall reject all Bids if an award is not made within (20) business workdays of the date of the Bid openingA bid bond of 10% of the total project bid will be required to be submitted with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid is required. Bidders/contractors must secure the most current Department of Labor prevailing wage decision(s) for the HVAC project. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of twenty (20) business days after the public meeting. BCTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bid RFI's are be submitted by 11/16/2023
