Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Reference number : 1806783 LEM experts-conseils inc. is soliciting tenders for the 'Segal Centre - Asset Maintenance' project for asset maintenance work including, but not limited to, decontamination work, elevator and lift additions, replacement of lighting fixtures and replacement of finishes. The contractor will have to carry out the work with priority given to public spaces such as the lobby and the auditorium. The work area will not be occupied between June 10 and September 13, 2024, but the contractor may carry out certain one-off interventions that do not impact operations before June 10. A site office may be set up in the building, workers will have access to bathrooms and the costs of electricity consumption during the work will be borne by the Client. An entrance with a clear width of 42 inches is also provided in the basement for machinery. Please note that the seats will need to be removed by the contractor and that the anchors will be present when the new bleacher flooring is installed.
