Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Reference Number: 1767575 Electronic submission accepted: No LEM experts-conseils inc. is soliciting bids for the "Centaur Theatre - Asset Maintenance" project for roofing work. The work includes, but is not limited to: roof embrazing, sheet metal, solinage, insulation, support panels and the supply and installation of roof drains. Roof carpentry (parapets, roof drain and smoke exutoirs) is included in this mandate. Bidders must provide at their price the mineral fibre insulation provided in the parapets and in the roof frames. Water-repellent gypsum inside the frames for smoke exutoirs will be supplied and installed by others. The roofing contractor will also need to install smoke exutoirs (provided by others). The structural anchoring elements of the lifelines will be supplied and installed by others. The work also includes the replacement of the roofing membrane between axes B-I and 1-8 *Bid values not released.
