Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power, water, (except any materials, equipment, utility, or service, if any, specified herein to be furnished by the Owner), and performing all work required in the statement of work in the Contract, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules, and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof and including such detail drawings as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during the prosecution of the work in explanation of said drawings. Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a cashier's check or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum, which is not less than five (5%) percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the Boone County Water District. Successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide a performance bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. The Boone County Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
