** PROJECT HAS BEEN AWARDED BUT IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD AS OF 12/14/2023******* Pleasant View City is seeking contractor bids for site preparation and excavation for the construction/addition of nine (9) new post-tension concrete pickleball courts. The location of the courts is 947 West Pleasant View Drive, adjacent to four existing courts. The site area will be fully excavated and graded in preparation for completion of the court installation and other necessary improvements. A separate bidding process is being completed to address court installation and other improvements. Nonetheless, contractors with expertise and experience in both outlined project components have the option of submitting a proposal for one or both bids. This project consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, import fill, and compaction of materials. Project is located in the south portion of Pleasant View City Park, ~900 W Pleasant View Drive. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Dana Shuler, dana@jonescivil.com no later than noon on October 10, 2023
