“The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The goal of this Bid is to retain a qualified and experienced responsible Contractor that through the design-build process will install Automatic Electric Vertical Lift Sectional or Horizontally Moving Glass Windows including frames and Heavy Duty Ceiling Fans over swimming pool at the Brenda Villa Aquatic Center in compliance with all applicable local and state codes and regulations. The Contractor shall hire a structural and mechanical engineer for the preparation of the project technical plans and specifications. The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidental for improvements at the Brenda Villa Aquatic Center. California Class B General Building Contractor License or adequate Contractor s License issued by the California State Contractors License Board, at the time of bid, at the time of award, and during the performance of the work for this project.
