Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Interior renovations for approximately 18,000 sq ft of existing middle school auditorium to include a new A/V fixed booth and additional flooring for the public lobbies. Scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition; Concrete, ADA Upgrades; Aluminum-Framed Entrances; Doors; Hardware & Finishes; Electrical & Communications Upgrades. The Work shall be conducted in four phases until work is substantially complete. Each phase will be permitted separately as needed. Work on different phases may occur concurrently. The phases are as follows: 1. Phase One: A / V / L Upgrades 2. Phase Two: Finish Changes / Facility Maintenance 3. Phase Three: New Vestibule 4. Phase Four: New box office As of October 16, 2023, per Addendum 1, the bid date has been extended from October 17, 2023 to November 14, 2023. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to January 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
