1.1.The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain a qualified Contractor to provide as-needed PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CAPITAL PLANNING FOR RELOCATION OF CITY HALL COURTS to the City of Albany. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. 1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or about [1/15/24], and will terminate on [12/31/25], with an option for a 6-month extension period. The CITY reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, require supplemental statements or information from any responsible party, negotiate potential contract terms with any respondent to this RFP, have discussions with any respondent to this RFP to correct, and/or clarify responses which do not conform to the instructions contained herein and to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional Proposals.
