Renovation of a municipal facility in Meridian, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bosque County requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project: Demolition of existing split system chillers, remote condenser, chilled water pump, heating water pump, gas fired boiler and piping located in the third floor mechanical room. Installation of new air cooled chiller on existing structural frame on the roof, new chilled water pumps, new heating water pumps, new boiler and associated connecting piping, venting, insulation, electrical connections, controls, hangers and other accessories identified on the drawings. Demolition of existing controllers and control system. Installation of new control system to serve new chiller, new boiler, new pumps, existing fan coil units and fans, including associated wiring and related components.
