Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Ana, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017 entered into between the District and various labor unions (the CWA). Question Deadline 10/12/2023 at 4:00 PM PT All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to the District. All pre-bid request for information/clarification questions will be received Questions or inquiries can be sent via e-mail to construction@sausd.us The Districts Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100 % Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. A cashiers check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Santa Ana Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
