Champlin, MN - Cleaning, Repairing, & Painting; 1,000,000-Gallon Elevated Reservoir; Tower Number Two Site Directions: 11698 Champlin Drive Champlin, MN 55316 Est. Completion Date: July 10, 2024 The project includes the following work on the 1,000,000-gallon elevated reservoir, constructed by PDM in 1984 and last reconditioned in 2004 by Odland Protective Coatings. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting all interior and exterior surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on April 1, 2024 and end by July 10, 2024. The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 74-feet, high-water level 124-feet, low-water level of 84-feet, and overall height of 130-feet.
