Request For Proposals To Provide Construction Management Services For the construction of Additions, Renovations, & Modifications to. Callaway High School and Troup High School. The Troup County School System is requesting a proposal from interested and qualified Construction Management Firms for the construction of the following projects: o Callaway High School Tennis Courts o Construction of four (4) new tennis courts o Callaway High School Indoor Practice Facility o Construction of a new Multipurpose/Indoor Practice Facility, approximately 40,000 sf in size. o Renovations and Modifications to the existing Multipurpose Building o Callaway High School Athletic Fields Renovations o Construction of a new locker room/restroom/concessions building, approximately 2800 sf, to be located by the soccer field. o Modifications to the baseball and softball fields including new brick/block backstop knee walls, new netting, and construction of relocated dugouts at the baseball field. o Callaway High School Road Addition and Paving o Construction of a parking lot at the soccer field. o Paving of the existing gravel drive to the soccer field o Troup High School Tennis Courts o Construction of four (4) new tennis courts CM shall provide a bid bond in the amount of 5%.
