The Contractor shall provide total grease trap pumping and waste pick-up services. Grease traps shall be totally pumped-out and cleaned-out once a year with exception to facilities located in the city limits of East Point. These facilities must be pumped and cleaned two (2) times per year. Those schools are noted in Appendix II and additional pumping is included in the bid schedule. Additional pumping may be required on an as-needed basis during the school year and must be monitored quarterly at approximately 98 school locations in Fulton County. In addition to the base period, there four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of FCS at the same terms, conditions, and pricing of the base period. Only questions received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 will be considered. Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference Location: N/A Bids are subject to rejection if the signature page is not completed and returned with the bid on or before time of bid opening.
