Renovation of a municipal facility in Schenectady, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1) Removal and disposal of existing roofing 2) Re-nail any loose decking including the cost to replace any rotten plywood 3) The cost of replacing any rotten plank board or shiplap 4) Install 1/2 high density board over decking using galvanized roofing screws and 3" roofing plates 5) Install premium.060 membrane EPDM rubber roofing membrane using premium adhesives and sealants 6) Install 26g galvanized steel drip or roof edge 7) Install cover tape on perimeter edges of roof 8) Install Seam tape on all joints 9) Install pipe flashing 10) Install new premium steel roof edge over EPDM and seal with long-lasting cover tape 11) Clean-up property and haul away all debris 12) Minimum 10 year warranty on all materials and workmanship by contractor All questions regarding this document should be directed to CDROTBC's Purchasing Department, Attention Ms. Karen Doyle at 518-344-5325 or at KarenD@capitalotb.com.
