Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,450-square-foot, one-story above grade office development; for site work for a office development; for paving for a office development; restaurant; restaurant; restaurant; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: a. Interior renovations of existing cafeteria and office spaces of roughly 14,450 square feet. Space to be converted into a new commercial kitchen, warehouse walk-in cooler and freezers, and bulk dry food storage areas. b. Exterior renovations to include, but not limited to, new loading dock and overhead doors, new parking lot surfacing and catch basins, and electrical service upgrades. c. The existing kitchen, located within the renovation area, is required to remain operational during the entire duration of the Project. The existing kitchen is to remain. Refer to drawings for additional phasing clarification. d. The Project is anticipated to commence in December 2023 with final completion no later than December 2024.
