The client designated spaces are located throughout the entirety of the 5th to 9th floors. Each floor consists of an 1,806 m2 area, totaling 9,030 m2 area, including leased area as well as the elevator lobby and core. The program of the spaces are mixed use, with offices, storage, workshops, training, and meetings, in addition to support spaces for staff such as dining and exercise. The scope of this project includes facility painting and a carpet refresh throughout RCMP space on floors 5-9. The renovation includes the removal of the existing carpet floor finish, and new wall paint within all specified corridors, offices, meeting rooms, etc. Areas excluded from this scope are those that have been updated within the past two years, or sensitive or blocked spaces limited to access or occupancy. The carpet and paint refresh scope of work is applicable to the spaces leased to the client and does not include elevator lobbies or core areas.
