Renovate building 930 (25,092 sf, built in 1956). Ground floor - renovate and upgrade existing male (456 sf) and female (242 sf) restrooms and shower spaces. Update existing office space (1,827 sf) with paint and new flooring. Update existing circulation hallways and stairs (1,940 sf) with paint and new flooring. First floor (10,297 sf) - construct an ADAcompliant unisex restroom. In existing office spaces (currently 6,179 sf), remove non-loadbearing walls to create open office spaces with cubicles; update area with: paint, new flooring, new drop ceiling; rework ductwork and lighting to accommodate new, open space. Update existing circulation hallways and stairs (2,758 sf) with paint and new flooring. Update existing classroom space (730 sf) with paint and new flooring. Third floor (4,608 sf) in existing office space (2,352 sf) update areas with paint and new flooring. Update existing restroom (190 sf) with new fixtures, paint and flooring. Update existing classroom space (642 sf) with paint and new flooring. Renovation does not include second floor classrooms and circulation. Bldg 930A: Renovate building 930A (13,398 sf, built in 1956) to be a soldier processing medical assessment facility. Existing space includes: mechanical room (758 sf) total restroom space (757 sf). Complete renovation of building to include: 1 EKG room, 6 medical exam rooms, 6 dental exam rooms, 1 dental x-ray room (does not need to be lead-lined), waiting space, upgrade/expand restrooms. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting upgrades as needed Upon award of the Agreement, commence by developing the Program of Requirements. The selected A/E, as a portion of its required Scope of Services and prior to submitting its proposals, will discuss and clarify with the Owner and/or the Contracting Authority, the cost breakdown of the Architect/Engineer Agreement detailed cost components to address the Owner's project requirements. Participate in the Encouraging Diversity, Growth& Equity (EDGE) Program as required by statute and the Agreement. As required by the Agreement, and as properly authorized, provide the following categories of services: Program Verification, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document Preparation, Bid and Award Support, Conformed Documents, Construction Administration, Post-Construction, and Additional Services of all types.
