Reference Number 0000336460 The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to select suppliers to provide, deliver, and properly install large cafeteria equipment to multiple school sites, and to secure firm, fixed percentage discounts off list (MSRP) pricing for manufacturers as specified. This equipment may be purchased as new site equipment or as a replacement of existing equipment at schools on an as-needed basis district wide. Discounts shall include all freight/delivery and factory installation/set up costs. No other fees shall be applied. Awarded bidders will be required to properly install the equipment. This requirement shall include any licensing requirements and any certifications necessary to complete the installation of the equipment. In some cases, the placing of the equipment with electrical and gas hookups may require site inspections. Prior to the installation of any new equipment, the School District will be responsible for removing all old cafeteria equipment. Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 3/1 Question Deadline 12/11/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, It is anticipated that the total dollar amount the district could expend, as a result of any contract award, is estimated at approximately $2,000,000.00/total, excluding renewal options
